In this page you will find our RETURNS and REFUNDS policies.
RETURNS POLICY
You will be able to return your package for 30 days after you’ve received it.
We will provide return instructions.
If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we will not be able to issue you a full refund or send a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards, vouchers, discount tickets.
- Downloadable software products
There are certain situations where you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all:
- If the product you returned has been used, modified or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If the product has been returned NOT in it’s original packaging.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are issued ONLY to your original payment method.
Once a refund has been issued by us, it will take 1 to 10 days to reflect into your bank account(This depends entirely on your bank institution)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank’s customer service for further assistance.
There is often processing time before a refund is reflected back into your bank account. CarShopX will never withhold, delay, or abuse refunds.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@carshopx.com.
Refunds for Discounted Items (Sale Items)
If you have purchased a product at it’s discounted price, you will receive a refund for the amount that you have paid, NOT for the whole original price of the product.
Replacements
We will only replace items FREE of charge, if they are defective, damaged or if we’ve sent you the wrong product via error.
If you need to do a replacement, please contact us at help@carshopx.com for further instructions.
Paying for returns
If the return is for any of the following reasons:
-Item not as described
-Defective item
-Damaged Item
-Missing Parts
In these situations, we will cover the return expenses.
If you are returning it for any other reason, that is not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying for return expenses.
